This place suits me perfectly! I love the great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and beach access. On my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost bracelet, and recently, Ann went above and beyond for my sister’s birthday. I can’t wait to come back for a city break!

My 2 nights in Virginia Beach were comfortable. Liked the room with whirlpool, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was awesome, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from a high energy nightclub.

The indoor swimming pool was a total hit with the kids! Beach access made our daily excursions super easy and delightful. We loved the beachfront views from our balcony while enjoying yummy pizza from the restaurant downstairs.

The hotel is truly in the heart of everything, with easy access to the beautiful beach just steps away, the Virginia Beach Boardwalk about a 15-minute stroll down the sand, and tons of fabulous restaurants within walking distance like Duck Donuts and North Beach Bar & Grill nearby, making it super convenient for leisurely exploring; plus, the rooms are clean and comfy with stunning ocean views, and the complimentary breakfast offers a lot of tasty options to start your day right, but some staff interaction could use a bit more warmth.

great stay but an elevator wait is annoying

The location is unbeatable with easy beach access. The staff shines like a bright star, always friendly and eager to help.

Only one elevator means you might be waiting a bit longer than you'd like.

We arrived, checked in, then immediately left for dinner. When we returned we were locked out of our room and the staff obviously entered the room. We went to the front desk and they informed us that they had no record of our reservation. We were escorted to our room so that I could prove that we had a confirmation number, as I had left my phone and confirmation email in the room. The staff apologized, but it was inconvenient and embarrassing at the front desk in front of other guests. We have never checked in at a hotel before and then two hours later get our reservation retracted from us.

Exceptionally comfortable accommodation with STUNNING setting just next door to the Neptune statue and shops. Very impressed with double room and very very helpful and amazingly attentive stuff at ALL times.

great beach spot!

I loved the location; it’s super chill on the northern beach. The staff was really nice, especially the front desk lady who helped us out. The room was clean and had amazing views. Would’ve been better if our room had easier yard access since we had a puppy. The breakfast staff could be a bit unfriendly too.
